ORDERING PROCESS
To place your order:

Complete the Order Form to provide the details of your project.​

Within 24 hours, an invoice will be emailed to you, through which you can complete your payment.

IMPORTANT: A payment is due upon receipt. The invoice will be voided within 7 days of issuance if no payment is made.​​

The design process will begin only after payment has been received.​

NOTE: You will receive an email confirming your order after payment has been received.​

DESIGN PROCESS

Payment is received.​
-
I will create the design(s) based on the information provided in the Order Form, email, or message.

Once design(s) are completed, a sample of your order will be sent for review via your preferred communication method.

You may reply with either full approval of the design(s), or request edits/revisions.

IMPORTANT: Unless otherwise specified, you receive three (3) FREE rounds of revisions per design; any subsequent revisions are $3 per revision round per design and will be billed prior to project completion.​

Once you provide written approval of your design, it then moves to finalization.
-
It is strongly advised that you verify your approval (or revisions) within 24 hours of design sample receipt to keep the process moving.

Winnivations Creations is not responsible for delays caused by late sample approvals.

Upon order completion, you will be provided with shipping & tracking information or notified for pickup (Pickup offered on a provisional basis).

TURNAROUND
Winnivations Creations prides itself in tailoring your order just for you, which is why all products and services are made-to-order. For this reason, your patience in allowing me to prepare the proper resources and materials needed for creating your project, is greatly appreciated.

Standard: 10-12 business days; however, your order may be ready sooner depending on overall project load.

Rushed: 2-5 days; may be subject to a rush fee depending on project demands.

IMPORTANT: You must provide written approval of your digital design sample(s) before your order can be finalized or sent to print.

Turnaround Time for Brand Development Services
A strong brand identity is essential to elevating your business. Visual identities are a huge part of building a foundational relationship with your customers. Thus, Winnivations Creations has developed a detailed design process that allows time for research, creativity, proper communication, and strategy implementation to happen in order to ensure that we can collaborate effectively in bringing YOUR vision for YOUR brand to life!

Logo & brand identity services: Typically 2 weeks, but may take up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on which package is selected, the number of revisions requested, and project demands.

Standard: 7-12 business days
Website services: Typically 4 weeks, but may take up to 12 weeks to complete, depending on site complexity, the number of revisions requested, and project demands.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A payment is due upon receipt of your emailed invoice. The invoice will be voided within 7 days of issuance:

If a payment is not made in full, OR
-
If a 50% deposit is not made.
A new order request will then need to be submitted if you wish to proceed.

IMPORTANT: Your order is not confirmed until after a payment has received. ​You will receive an email confirming your order once a payment has been made.

SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY
Shipping (primary method): Winnivations Creations ships nationally via USPS (standard) or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. To check the status of your order, download the USPS or UPS app or visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com and enter your tracking number.
Pickup locations are located in Downtown Charleston, North Charleston, or West Ashley. (Address will be provided once a pickup time has been scheduled.)
NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping is strongly encouraged. Placing your order as soon as possible is also strongly encouraged, as the state of our national climate may also affect delivery times, which is beyond the control of Winnivations Creations.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Unfortunately, Winnivations Creations is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages shown in “delivered” status via USPS or UPS tracking. However, I will work with you to resolve the issue as best I can, but cannot guarantee a refund. If the items are not in “delivered” status two weeks past your scheduled delivery, you will be refunded for your order.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of Winnivations' products and services, printed items cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have gone to print.
In the event that you need to cancel before the printing stage or need to cancel a digital product or service, a partial refund (50%) will be issued in order to account for time spent prepping and designing your project up to the point of cancellation.

Winnivations Creations also reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project that does not align with its brand’s core values.

PERMISSIONS & PHOTO FEATURES
I love showcasing your awesome projects with my followers, and for this reason, Winnivations Creations reserves portfolio rights to share completed projects on its website and/or social media channels, unless otherwise requested. By default, projects, such as flyers and invitations, will be edited to remove personally identifiable contact information (phone number, address, email, etc.) before being shared publicly; please notify me if you desire otherwise. More details regarding privacy can be found in Winnivations' Creations' privacy policy.

CHANGES TO THE FAQS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are effective as of April 30, 2022 and will remain in effect, with respect to any revisions and updates, which are effective immediately after being posted on this page.
Winnivations Creations reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time, so you should check this page periodically. Your continued use of Winnivations Creations' services after any posted modifications to the terms and conditions on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified conditions.
If any significant changes are made to the terms and conditions, Winnivations Creations will notify you either through the email address you have provided, or by placing a prominent notice on this website.
